All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, PoshBeautyHair Ltd reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the items again at with the correct information.
PoshBeautyHair Ltd does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on poshbeautyhair.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available, PoshBeautyHair Ltd will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that PoshBeautyHair Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, PoshBeautyHair Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
Our items is sold in as is condition. Hair, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your hair/wig while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
Due to the nature of products sold, all sales from PoshBeautyHair Ltd and any of its entities or representatives are to be considered final at the time of purchase. There is a no refund policy.
In the circumstances that a customer receives the wrong order. An email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, with a scanned photo of the product and order invoice. This must be completed 24hrs after delivery. After we have confirmed the order mistake; returns and exchanges can be discussed.
We’ll then gladly accept the return of items within 2-3 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. PoshBeautyHair Ltd will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the PoshBeautyHair Ltd returns office.
If all conditions are met an exchange can be discussed; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.
Please make sure you provide the correct email, address and postcode when you place your order. Any order returned due to the customer providing incorrect details will not be refunded or mailed back without the additional expenses of the shipping fee to cover shipping and handling cost.

We ship domestically using Royalmail. We offer express and priority mailing services. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination at time of checkout. Express mail is guaranteed 7-21 day delivery.
We ship internationally to all countries. Rates are calculated at time of checkout. PoshBeautyHair Ltd is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. International shipment time varies based on destination, but is generally 14 to 21 business days.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. This Only Applicable for orders over £50.
