PoshBeautyHair Ltd does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on poshbeautyhair.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available, PoshBeautyHair Ltd will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that PoshBeautyHair Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, PoshBeautyHair Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

Our items is sold in as is condition. Hair, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your hair/wig while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: As a result of the nature of products sold, all sales from PoshBeautyHair Ltd and its affiliates or representatives should be considered final at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds. If a customer receives the wrong order. An email with a scanned photo of the product and order invoice must be sent to admin@poshbeautyhair.com. It must be completed within 24 hours of delivery. We will be able to discuss returns and exchanges after we have confirmed the order mistake. Within 2-3 days of receiving your order, we will gladly accept your return.  You will be provided with a return code for you to include when packing and shipping back the item. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected.Goods must be free of wear, stains, odours, or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Upon returning an item, a copy of the receipt must be enclosed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. PoshBeautyHair Ltd will not be liable for reimbursement or compensation for returns that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to PoshBeautyHair Ltd’s returns department. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the original purchase date.If all conditions are met, an exchange can be discussed; otherwise, all items will be returned to the customer with an explanation. In the event that an item is returned, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. When placing your order, please ensure that you provide the correct email address, address, and postcode. Orders that are returned due to inaccurate information provided by the customer will not be refunded or mailed back without an additional shipping fee to cover shipping and handling charges. Customers can avoid additional shipping fees by double-checking their information before submitting their order. We also recommend that customers check the delivery status of their orders to confirm when the package has been delivered. If there are any issues with the order, customers should contact us immediately.



SALES TAX: Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within New York state at the local tax rate.

CHANGES: If you need to change your order please email admin@poshbeautyhair as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING: We ship domestically using Royal Mail. Our company offers express mailing services. The rate will be calculated based on the weight and destination at the time of checkout. Express mail is guaranteed to arrive within 7-21 days. Our company ships internationally to all countries. The rates are calculated at the time of checkout. PoshBeautyHair Ltd is not responsible for any customs fees incurred during the importation of goods. Timeframes for international shipments vary depending on the destination but are generally between 14 and 28 business days.

During the period of 18th December to 5th January, we will not be able to despatch any orders. As a result of the new export restrictions imposed on goods from the UK, please do not place any orders for delivery outside the UK until after the 5th of January. You may continue to place UK mainland orders, but they will not be dispatched until the 5th of January. This is since the UK is leaving the European Union and new customs regulations have been put in place which will affect the export of goods from the UK. These new regulations require all goods to be processed through new customs procedures which will take time to become fully operational.

TRACKING: A tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been shipped. Please note that this is only applicable to orders over £50. There will be no shipping on weekends or (bank) holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. For any queries, contact our customer service team.

Information submitted to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers that are processing your order or tending to your other requests.
