For a full head, we recommend using 3 bundles of hair extensions. However if you are ordering lengths beyond 20 inches we would advise purchasing 4 bundles.

We have a standard 7-21days shipment within the UK and 14-21 days for international orders. The processing time frame is in place to account for shipping delays. You can expect your tracking number via email/phone number once your order has been posted. 

You will receive a confirmation email of your order.

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES

If you’ve received an item that is incorrect, email us a copy of the order statement within 24hrs of delivery. After we have confirmed the mistake, returns and exchanges can be discussed. When shipping back an item please include your order number details and details of the exchange. The hair must be in its original packaging, tagged and must have a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. You will receive an email within 48 hours of a possible exchange of the correct item once we have received your product. If the product has been opened, used or tampered with, all exchange polices will be void. 

Please make sure you provide the correct email, address and postcode when you place your order. Any order returned due to the customer providing incorrect details will not be refunded or mailed back without additional expenses of the shipping fee to cover shipping and handling cost.

Due to the nature of products all sales from PoshBeautyHair LTD and any of its entities are to be considered as FINAL at time of purchase.

Please contact the delivery courier first by using your tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost by the delivery provider as well as stolen packages.
